Blackcurrant Immunity Mousse

Light, creamy, and full of berry flavour, this blackcurrant mousse is a quick and easy healthy dessert.

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the coconut cream and Daily Good NZ Blackcurrant Immunity Shot together until fluffy and well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill for 3-4 hours, or until thickened to a mousse-like texture.
  3. Serve in bowls or glasses, and top with frozen berries and granola for a delicious finishing touch.
