
Light, creamy, and full of berry flavour, this blackcurrant mousse is a quick and easy healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream (scoop the thick part from a can of coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup Daily Good NZ Blackcurrant Immunity Shot
- Frozen berries and granola (for topping)
Method
- In a mixing bowl, whip the coconut cream and Daily Good NZ Blackcurrant Immunity Shot together until fluffy and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge and chill for 3-4 hours, or until thickened to a mousse-like texture.
- Serve in bowls or glasses, and top with frozen berries and granola for a delicious finishing touch.
