Gingernut Immunity Bliss Balls

What could be more blissful than knowing you're getting an immunity hit AND a delicious snack!

Make this gingernut immunity bliss ball recipe from our friend @nourishandflourishsyd

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond meal

Optional 1 scoop protein powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp honey/ maple syrup

1 tbsp Daily Good Organic Ginger Immunity Shots

Topping:

20g dark chocolate (melted with 1 tsp coconut oil)

Desiccated coconut

Method:

Mix bliss ball ingredients together to form a dough.

Roll into balls and top with melted chocolate and coconut.

Freeze for one hour to firm up.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
